Le mans start time thread closed, why?
Discussion
Why was this thread closed? I understand that the race has started but it may of helped stop any confusion and people missing the finish.
The response seems to suggest it is in a pile of things to sort out, surely with the main point of this forum and the popularity of Le Mans this should of been fixed before race start as the deadline has been known about for a while.

Or just ignore me and keep the thread closed.
Its a shame your not as good as your members, okay its only a small thing but you had a chance to help someone not miss the start/finish of the race and it seems like this was too much effort, whereas your sites members including myself have gone out of their way to help each other even when complete strangers.
Poor show PH

Firstly i couldn't care less about a few harsh comments im not a child but thankyou for thinking of my feelings.
Yes you are correct i could of used the internet to find out the start time, in fact used a rather well known site called pistonheads which told me the start time was 1500Hrs why would i feel the need to check this on google, my memory is not good enough for me to remember after a year the correct start time is 1400Hrs so assumed the site was telling me the correct information.
The point is the information the site was giving out about a fairly major event was incorrect, it appears that this error was known about by someone who jad enough moderation rights to close the thread who also stated that the problen was a known problem. I have absolutely no idea how easy/difficult it would of been to amend the countdown but it seems the issue never made it to the top of the pile, despite the known timed deadline, and therefore wan never looked at.
