Classified Car Advert - Status stuck in 'Moderation'.

I placed an advert a day ago on the site and the status seems to be stuck on 'moderation'?

As I understood it, this should take an hour? I have sent over a message and tried to call but as yet can't get a response to find out why the advert is stuck being moderated?
