[RESOLVED] Creating an advert not working???

Has anyone else had difficulty creating an advert in the classifieds, I keep getting "page 404 not found" then I lose everything, slightly annoying. I can only assume there is maintenance work being carried out.

I can create an advert but I cannot pay, I keep getting:
