Odd Pop up - Security Issue?

I was logged into PH with no other windows or tabs open and the pop up in the screen shot below appeared asking for my login details. Any ideas?

(Mac OS Sierra 10.12.2)

OK, Thanks. Had another look at it and I think it may be something to do with off site content posted by the OP in this thread;
