14 Day NP&E Ban

I accept that I shouldn't have posted that cartoon and apologise for it. But considering I've been a member for 12 years and have never had a single ban, infraction or warning, is this punishment not a tad excessive? Especially considering how important the next few days are going to be for our country and how high emotions are running at the moment. Thanks.

That the world needs your critical input on a news section of a motoring site, to temper these turbulent times, is a compelling argument indeed. I do hope the mods deal with this appropriately and with some haste.
