These video's are posted on forums and in the news sites everyday, and they are not taken down so why this one?
I'm guessing as it was only verbal they won't do more than have a word with the fella. Has the 'pregnant wife' made a complaint for harassment? Wouldn't put it past them.

The comments section of the Youtube clip has attracted similar (but more expletive) responses as those posted in the original thread on here. As you'd expect, a website url has appeared which may or may not be connected to the logo on shouty beardy bloke's t-shirt.
A Youtube poster claiming to be the wife of the mouthy electrician has waded in demanding her details/number plate etc to be removed - along with complaining about other, more niche, Youtube comments.
There's nothing in the clip that warrants (legal) demands of its removal, but one or two of the comments are close to the line. However, Youtube would cease to exist of they were forced to remove every similar comment from every uploaded video. The police have no justification or jurisdiction to request or insist that the clip is taken down. It was filmed in a public place by a private individual.
The embarrassment or even potential damage to his business that are caused by the exposure of the threatening actions of the star of the clip are self inflicted.

But why was the OP asked to pull it from here by the police? (ask the OP !) and why lock the topic??? are the comments not the same sort of comments regarding the guy driving the BMW M2 Crash? his full details are shown on youfacetube etc and talked about on here as well.
Think we all need to remember that with all the cameras about, our actions can have repercussions, both good and bad, at the same time try to imagine when posting comments to a forum, Youtube etc whether you would be prepared to say the same things to someone in person as that can, and does happen.

When the guy turns around, it clearly shows the website, so no danger of fingers pointed at an innocent party.MODS- this is not any special 'detective work', straight copy and paste from video concerned- a video made in a public space with the individuals full knowledge.
