I need to change my email as the existing one is about to require payment to continue very soon.

Can't be doing with that ....so help please..

Are you asking for advice on changing your mailbox provider?

On the off-chance you are, sign up for a free address from Microsoft - linky: www.outlook.com

Armed with your new address, log into the website of your existing eMail address provider. Find the section under settings that will allow you to forward mail to another mailbox, and put in your new Outlook address.

Also under settings, find the out of office message section, and write an OOO along the lines of "Please note this eMail address is no longer valid. Please resend your eMail to [e-mail]"

Finally, let your current provider know that you are not interested in paying for their eMail service (notice of termination, in other words).
