Issues logging into PistonHeads! !

Hi all,

Has anyone else had issues with their login recently? For the last cpl of days I have had to reset my password 4 times, each time i return i get the invalid password message and have to change it. Prior to that I had same details for 10 years? Any thoughts, ot any Administration on that an advise me.

My password works - but I have to log in again if I have been away for a few hours. 'Remember me ' option doesn't work . Help.

I normally use the ipad at home , but I am away with work for a few months so only been using phone. So I am wondering if that has something to do with it. But it's very strange, as I have never had any issues before, and now changed password 4 times, at this rate I'll run out of passwords thay I will be able to remember lol 😁

Hi Lewis,

Unfortunately this a problem we've had for quite a while... We are in the process of upgrading our identity provider which should get rid of this problem though.

In the mean time, I'm sorry for the annoyance of the problem.
