I might have missed comment elsewhere, but full width advert banners at the top and bottom of the screen seem to have appeared recently. Currently Discovery at the top and Honda at the bottom of the home screen and article pages. These are wiping out about a quarter of the useful height of what's visible on my tablet screen, which is a real PITA when trying to read articles and look at photos.

That is utterly ridiculous.

I run adblock and have been getting What Car ads top, middle and bottom. I am thinking PH are doing something to bypass adblock, but they wouldn't do that.

Their goal is to fill the screen completely with ads in order to maximise their revenue and minimise the hassle created by people actually wanting to post on the forum!

Just appeared today on mine. Android browsing. HONDA on nearly all the classifieds. Very annoying frown

I don't want a Honda. Making half the web page into a Honda advert will not make me want a Honda. It may make me not want to use Pistonheads.
