Sorry, if the picture wasn't hosted by PH (most aren't currently) then we won't be able to find it for you.

Are you hosting pics now ? I can't upload from my hard drive when I try to update my profile , and a URL from fotango was rejected by a (your ?) grey box at the top left of screen.

What am I doing wrong ?

On your profile you can upload a pic from your hard disk, using the 'browse' button.

No. your grey box flashes away , but the per cent counter never goes above 0%. After about five secs I get a message saying Profile successfully updated ( or similar) and a note saying picture must be a jpg. Mines a jpeg , but thats the same , yeah ?

Sorry - my check is a bit crude. I think it does want an extension of jpg rather than jpeg.

So a jpeg isn't a jpg ? My "save as" option lumps them all in together.

Yes it is the same, it's just that my system currently checks for a filename including 'jpg' rather than allowing 'jpeg' as well.

Bump... So if I try to load a jpeg , it says photo must be in jpg format. If I change the extension to jpg before uploading in says ********.jpg rejected. Anyone any ideas ?
