Where did the SantaBarbara bot? thread go?
Discussion
My opinion is not to embrace any bot. I already worry for my young daughter as many jobs can be taken by automation of many jobs...all very clever but we could have a huge and devastating revolution if most jobs become automated....we have been here before and humans survived but with a lot of pain along the way.

They said the same about automation through computers, robots in factories. What is the unemployment level today? A 42 year low.

Which rule was broken on this thread to get it pulled? He/It seemed to be playing along nicely, so why the blackout?
(My money is still on it being an oddball human, not a bot)
Explanation would be good. Didn't see anything wrong in the thread. Maybe it is PH's own little pet.(My money is still on it being an oddball human, not a bot)
More inane dribble posted across various threads today.
If it's not a bot being engineered by a 3rd party, as suggested on the now deleted thread, I'm of the opinion it's either 1) a returning / banned poster taking the piss 2) a duplicate account for a current poster on here having a laugh, or 3) a HM employee on the windup as payback for how many of us complain in this website feedback section about the adverts, poor dev testing, etc

And how come when Barbara deletes something that it has said, the full msg goes? Not just the usual : "Barbara deleted this msg at **.**" Is a mod manually removing at its request?
There is no message to say a post has been deleted, unless it is the first (originating) post on a thread.Try it.
