Issues logging on on mobile

Anyone else?

Past couple of days I've had to login when viewing on my mobile but today it has decided it doesn't agree with me about what my password is.

I tried all manner of known passwords I use but it still wouldn't let me in.

Tried the "forgot your password" reset and it said an email had been sent, but it never made it to my inbox. Tried that twice.

Reset my password via my laptop and STILL I can't login on my mobile...

Safari??

I only ask this because I know my password well and I can't log in on Safari with an iphone as my user name (which I also know) - I have to log in with my email address.......

It only affects Safari - all other browsers I use accept my username and password without issues

Oh and yes I did change my password on another device recently to access PH on Safari and still found it didn't work so I changed it back

No issues with my iPain device or via Chrome browser (PC).

And none for me on an iphone/ipad/PC with firefox.

I was just pointing out that I did have an issue with safari on iphone

Safari is working fine for me. Older phone though, SE.

Actually good point - I had no issues until after IOS 9.3

Some time back I had a similar problem using my Samsung tablet. I discovered that when ever I typed my password, a space was inserted after it so it wasn't recognised. I backspaced after typing and all was well.

We have a winner!

My phone was inserting a space after my username. Poxy phone. I shall punish it accordingly.
