Enlarged Pictures in Classifieds

Not sure if this has been covered before and I can't be bothered to check but when I'm browsing the classifieds and I click on pictures to enlarge them into the "almost full screen" mode some of them load and some don't. Example, 12 photos on the ad page itself in normal size all load fine. When i click on a picture to enlarge it and use the arrows to scroll through them on some of them I just get a black screen. I'm using quite a high spec computer with 100MB broadband and google chrome so unless using chrome is the issue I don't think it's a problem on my end.

It makes looking at cars on here in any detail a bit crap really and I tend to find cars on here and then try to find them elsewhere where the pictures actually work.

If you click out of the ad then straight back in again it seems to sort it, annoying but it works for me.

I find opening the add in a new tab works fine too i.e. right click, open in new tab. Maybe it's open the images in a new tab, can't remember have just resorted to using autotrader and gumtree since they actually work.
