Stupidly managed to delete my earlier reply when I went to quote it. The back button enabled me to get the text back so it's quoted below. I was quoting it to provide an update saying that, somewhat curiously, all the problems I described in my post go away if I turn ad-block (U Block Origin) off!

I'm having problems with it too.
Select a brand and then try to "deselect all" so I can just select the model I'm interested in, but it doesn't deselect them all and I have to go through manually deselecting all the models I'm not interested in. Why are all models selected by default anyway, it's stupid? Surely most people are looking for one or two models within a brand, not all of them!
Then when I try to order the results by price low-high or whatever I just get the spinny thing that the others have described.
Again, Firefox (58.0).

Deselect all doesn't work for me.
The problem went away for a while but seems to have come back. Deselect/select all doesn't work, and changing the sort method displays a spinner but never returns any results.
Chrome and Safari on latest MacOS.
How do such easily-caught issues on such common OS/browser combos get through testing? Considering how many articles get posted that are solely designed to get clicks through to the classifieds, I assume it's a big source of income - and it's currently completely unusable.

Hi all,
We apologise that this issue is still ongoing.
As you may or may not know, CarGurus has just completed the acquisition of PistonHeads! This means the future is looking bright and we'll be investigating all reported issues in the near future.
In the mean time, it would be very handy if you could provide as much detail as you can on the issue, and if anyone is experiencing similar, please post your experience here.
Thank you.

In all seriousness though, this is just our standard response for now, and most importantly it will actually be followed by progress!
When will this "progress" you mention be forthcoming?

Deselect all still not working. Not exactly a difficult bug to fix.

Hi mate, I'm just trying to reproduce the issue here, I've got latest Safari and Chrome on latest MacOS and works fine on both... I've seen, in other threads, people mentioning it doesn't work with ad blocker/ghostery on... just wondering if that could also be your case?Deselect all still not working. Not exactly a difficult bug to fix.
The reason I'm asking is just so we can improve our understanding of the issue as it seems to be always different on every new report we get... so far we've found out that when those adblockers/addons are updated they introduce new rules as of what to block on the website and sometimes that ends up breaking things that were otherwise working just fine before. Not that it's a excuse for us not fix it but instead, if that is the case and there's reasonable amount of people using it, I can make a point with the team to ensure we add it to our testing process to ensure the website always works with the latest version of those plugins/adblockers.
