Clicking on a new thread takes me to the middle

Example as above. Never read the thread before but it takes me straight to page 4 of 5. I then have to scroll up and click the page number and enter 1.

Now it’s not the end of the world but it is grating on me now as it’s pretty constant!

Any feedback?

It's been moaned about before and fk all was done about it, as with most problems here.
