The "News Buy Sell Forums Events Services" bar seems to just automatically pop out into a big box of doom now if you even go near to any of it.

Its bloody silly, if I want any of those sub menus I can click on the word that I want.

Can this be turned off ? I am sick of it popping up whenever I go near the bar.
