How to change P/H email address ?????

I've recently changed my e-mail address but can't work out how to update my profile with the new one. When I go to the preferences section my e-mail address is "blanked out" and doesn't allow a change.

Please can anyone advise.

From previous threads in WF don't expect it to be done straight away - possibly allow up to a week or longer depending on availability of the person you have to contact to action the ammendment.
