Good GDPRS practice apparently is to have all turned off by default and encourage the user to opt in. Haymarket however............Also, what a stupid place to put the blue box. My adblockers don't remove it either.

Have seen it on other sites this morning, not as badly implemented, but it seems to be a wider thing
