Thank you button
Discussion
If someone has taken trouble to post something you find useful, and you can't even be bothered to type "thank you", then it's not much of a thank you in the first place! Hardly sincere is it...
A sentence saying "Cheers, that was useful", which takes a few seconds to type is far more polite.
"Up votes" and "likes" etc aren't needed. Just courtesy.

Does anybody actually run or own this site
I get the impression that some kid made it in his bedroom in 1999 about 8 people followed it.
He got fed up and grew up and just left it
This site became very successful The kid forgot it was his site and still does not know.
It is in cyberspace uncontrolled nobody claiming ownership for it all because of some kid

This place would be a much nicer place if it had a thank you button
Sometimes I cant be bothered to explain that somebodies comment was useful to me You would probably get drawn in some pointless argument with someone over the fact that you appreciate what somebody as said
