I understand there are several threads started on this and they all get closed due to the sticky thread with instructions, but can I ask PH technical/admin folks if the instructions and contact point, Jack Mansfield, are still valid?

I requested a change of email address 12 days ago and have heard nothing. I followed the instructions, entered FAO Jack in my profile and nothing has been changed or even acknowledged. I followed up with a second mail incase my first had been missed and still nothing.

I appreciate there may be many requests to change email addresses and therefore it may take a while but surely this would be a reason to allow members to effect this change themselves, with some background email authentication?
