Recently, my posts have been duplicated. I'm not doing anything different. What can I do to stop this happening?

Are you posting from a phone? When I've had this happen it's because I've posted from my phone and then hit the back button, going back over the page where it posts my response. Avoiding the use of the back button seems to have stopped me getting double posts.
