Why was the above thread locked?

Nothing seemed out of the ordinary in recent posts and it's only 5 pages long so doesn't exceed forum size.

It seems unusual considering it was a thread from 2009 that occasionally popped up every other year with new additions, granted I know you haven't read the thread but it's mostly toilet humour and whilst it may seem childish some of the stories are quite funny with no outright offensive/aggressive or argumentative behaviour that is prevalent in many threads these days.

Basically, it's not harming anyone and if anyone were to ever make a judgement of the site based on the threads that exist I doubt that one is going to be the one that makes readers "Tut".

Gutted that it's been locked. I sniffed the thread out today as I was going to post a link to a new story which is right up there with the "eyes like a lemur" one.

Shame as that thread was hilarious, some really strange 'moderating' going on around here lately. In some cases it would seem some of the mods have a paper thin ego and when it gets insulted they want to get there own back. Surely if you were to chose a thread you would chose one of the circular slanting match threads. Also seem to pick and chose which threads get answered in website feedback, maybe I'm just a cynic.
