Well curiously enough they're not in the forum index. You have to be reading a discussion thread to see that. There's a job for the web guy.

Just slag off anything that is new expensive and German then get really excited about it when it's old cheap and German.

Those appear to be the general rules.

So in my case had a thread deleted wherein was giving away music equipment FOR FREE! It went to a school FFS!!

So at least it stuck long enough (or they waited) long enough - to let the giveaway conclude.
