Looks like if your servers are load balanced they are not in sync or if your running a second slave DB that is owt.
It's not a browser issue or cache problem as I have tested from two seperate connections on both IE and Firefox and on a machine with empty cache.
The issue is if you refresh the page you get an older version of the forum. Refresh again and the other may come back hence thinking may be a slave DB or load balance issue.
