My garage formatted as HTML code

I saw a couple of threads from 2017 where it seems only the person who posted got any form of fix. So I guess this is me taking my ticket and joining the queue to get the formatting issue resolved. I type it all out normally and the site reformats it as raw HTML code. Very irritating to say the least but hopefully I'll get a fix by starting yet another thread on the issue.
