For Sale - Switching Sort Order Fail

Using a Mac 10.13.6 Safari 12.0.3 and previous versions

I can select cars OK, but want to change sort order from default "Newest with Images first" to any other drop down option. All I get is the 8 dots of death.

Exactly the same on a Mac running 10.14.3 Safari 12.0.3

Chrome on either Mac is fine
