Advert Rejected ?

Hi,

I am new to the forum and hoping one of the administrators or moderators see's this......

I posted a car advert for sale yesterday and it has completely disappeared from my account?
I happened to have the web page still open on my phone after posting the ad yesterday, but when clicking on it there was a 'this advert has been rejected' message.

I have not had an email or anything to say why this has happened?
All I can think is when I setup my account yesterday I did not get the verification email. (re-sent it today and confirmed my email)
Could this be why? I looked at my credit card statement and £11.99 for the advert is still pending - will this charge now not be taken?
