I thought it was relevant and that PH could/ should promote

Yes, I'm afraid it contravened rule no. 20 - You may not promote charity events; recruit for charitable donations, surveys or petitions; or seek votes for competitions without prior permission.

I'm seeing if it's something we can cover on the home page, so will keep you updated.
