Motorhub/Keighley Trade Centre thread (take two!)
Discussion
Jeremyc, you linked to a new thread in my original thread, which I was not referring to.
It was this one: https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...
I couldn't reply to my original thread as you closed it so had to make this second topic, so again...
Hi PH
Where has it gone and why have you removed it
Thanks

Jack, are you still allowing them to advertise after their recent court case?
The complaints included:
 Selling vehicles with covered or disconnected dashboard warning lights to conceal faults
 Failing to disclose that recorded mileages were incorrect
 Not declaring that a vehicle had been damaged in an accident
 Failing to disclose that a vehicle had been used as a taxi
Motorhub staff were also found to be intimidating, aggressive and used threatening behaviour when complaints were made, and relied on ‘no warranty’ claims to refuse to make refunds or carry out repairs when legally obliged to do so.

Of course they will still let them advertise. They pay for over 200 adverts a month. Look at all the other dealers who were ripping people off with SOR who continued to advertise on PH. They spend money and money is all that matters. The complaints included:

Hi again!
We're trying to establish the plan on this and will keep you updated.
Regarding the thread that went missing, unfortunately we don't have an audit trail on this one so we have no idea why it was binned! However, the thread did in fact break our naming and shaming rules, so its not something we'll be reinstating.
Thanks.
