Some threads show EVERY post twice

As above, some threads I have in my 'My Stuff' list show every post in that thread twice.

I noticed it initially a couple of weeks ago, and commented on it, in a '999 What's your emergency' thread in the TV, Film & Radio section, and I've noticed it again today in the 'Official 2019 Spanish Grand Prix' thread.

This happens on both IE and Firefox, and happens on both work & home PCs (on different networks, miles apart).

Any ideas what is causing this?

I looked into in the 999 thread and couldn't see any double posts. Others in that thread posted to say they can't see them either.
