Can anybody post a definitive guide to get this right using an IPhone as it’s doing my head in!!

No rhyme or reason as to why photo's upload like this, it is nothing to do with the OS or the phone make or the way you hold the phone when taking them, it just seems to happen and sometimes it doesn't!!

I've just tried re-orienting my photo on the phone and editing my post........still the same!!

So surely it has to be a PH software problem? Maybe only on the mobile app as I never upload photos via PC?

Either way any chance of an answer from PH as I know it's a recurring problem and nuisance for many.

Odd, I find if I edit it slightly and make sure it's the correct size then it uploads fine, however sometimes I don't need to.

If it makes a difference I'm using a Galaxy S9+

Ok - then how are you editing it slightly ? and what do you suggest is the correct size ?

Is it a PH issue or is it Thumbsnap? The images are uploaded to and hosted by Thumbsnap.com. What happens if you just go to Thumbsnap and upload an image directly to there, instead of via the PH reply box?
