PH on Mobile - Back Button

For years id enter say the lounge click a topic read then hit back to go back into lounge, for weeks now i hit back and im back in the forum and have to click lounge again.

Really annoying!!

Any ideas?

Perhaps try the website feedback forum and see if PH support guys are aware of it.

• Click Website Feedback
• Click on this thread
• Click back button in browser

I land back in Website Feedback, which is where I'd expect to be.

You say you click and are "back in the forum", which I assume means https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/ ?

I've seen this using Chrome on Android and iOS (iPhone 8)

I've just done these steps on my iPhone 8:

Start in Homes, Garden & DIY
Go into a thread, then use the "up" icon at the top of the page to go back into the sub-forum index, and then again to go into Pie & Piston
Go into the first thread in P&P, go to the last page
Hit the back button in Chrome and I'm taken back to Homes, Garden & DIY.

Exactly, like its gone back twice but i only hit back button once

Chrome on Android seems to be populating the history with multiples of the page I'm in, making it impossible to back out of a page. Only started tonight.

It's a bit random. Seems to operate OK for a while then becomes unusable for all pages. Doing it now in the main forum page.
