Two topics removed now, why?

Naked as a write, sweaty from gym.
Just wondered why two of my interesting topics for debate have been removed?
First was years ago, a brief life story of my old colleague Ranji Swakeen, told in my inimitable style.
Second was today, a debate on whether James May was circumcised. Both garnered warming (I can’t say heated!!!) debate and looked to be up there with the multi page threads, given time to grow and build exposure.
No rules were broken and while this isn’t a complaint I’d just like to know.

k it I thought, never again...Not a clue regarding your first post, the second wasn't a topic we wished for on the forum, as stated in the deletion mail.
The deletion of your second post is covered under the rules of posting No.12k and the last sentence of No.27.
