cookie acceptance page again

This page is popping up almost every time I log on now.
sometimes it won't accept any combination of selections and won't let me past unless I log out of safari and log back in again. Then the screen comes up again but it will let me past.
Can you fix it

Small update: I can log in from work on a PC, but having cleared the Cache on my Mac at home I now cant get past the cookie page at all, so I am now locked out of Piston Heads at home

OK, solution to this is stupidly simple. GO into the privacy tab in the safari preferences and delete the Piston Heads cookie
