Classifieds & buying guides
Discussion
Firstly, thanks for the great show. I listen to you all the time (etc etc but I do mean it).
Then to the point. Rather than mumble to myself and make do I thought I'd mention a couple of long standing bug bears with the PH site.
1. I can't seem to find the buyers guides on the mobile site? I tend to Google 'TVR Chimera buying guide' or similar and the PH guides come up (they are a very useful resource) but it would be nice to see them more linked on the site. Maybe in main menu - buying? Or as a link when looking at a car add, or both.
2. Secondly the boom of the classifieds has changed the world. Now autotrader & ebay have upped their game and copied your wonderful filters idea. Car browsing will never be the same again.. but I'd love to see BHP per ton added, kerb weights are a pain to find often and let's face it it's what a lot of people want when they search minimum power or 0-60 time.
3. Why do I have to search for 41-50mpg and 50+ mpg as two searches? A 'more than' option where I can select a filter would be more useful.
4. The other thing is could you have an add/remove filters option to the mobile viewer. I often open desktop version to add a filter like 'keywords' and then go back to the mobile view for easy viewing.
5. Lastly, I also use co2 as a guide for real world fuel economy.. I have noticed a link that if I compare the co2 rating of a car I can bare in real world economy to another with the same co2 rating say.. 200 co2's I get the same level of long term economy even if 'combined mpg' figures don't match. Would be great to have a filter for this.
Many thanks for listening (assuming you read this far)

Hi Niffty,
Firstly, thank you very much for the feedback! It's always very helpful to hear users comments, I'll pass your message onto the team.
1. We will be working on our buying guides on the near future - we'll keep you posted!
2. BHP/tonne and kerb weights would be interesting additions. We do already have 0-62 times and minimum/maximum power on desktop though (in more options below the normal filters)!
3. A more than option would give a huge amount of cars thrown up in the search - eg, if you searched for more than 30mpg you'd get thousands of cars that you may not be interested in if you don't want something mega economical!
4. We'll continue to improve our classifieds where we can, so I will pass this onto the tech team.
5. A co2 filter could be a handy addition! Again I'll pas this onto the team
Thanks again for the feedback, and if you ahve any more questions feel free to fire away!

Many thanks sir & again for the speed of response.
I guess you could argue the 40+ mpg point both ways. My dilemma was if I know I need >40mpg I don't care if it's 51mpg or 49 and where does the 330d sit in that.. I wouldn't want to rule it out for being better than the average 6 cylinder diesel.
