email notifications after new thread posted?

Is there anyway of setting email notifications for threads you post, after you've posted them and didn't check the "Receive notification of replies" check box?
I cannot see this option anywhere?
If there isn't...it would be nice to have!

Sorry, but you can only set that when you post the thread the first time.
