Posting Pictures

It's possible this has been raised already, but it seems that PH only wants to post photos in landscape, so if you upload a photo in portrait, it'll rotate it.

The pictures were pictures taken on a phone, but then uploaded to Dropbox and posted from my tablet.

If I crop the pictures to make them wider than they are tall, they don't rotate.

Is it an iPhone? iirc it's something to do with the exif data recorded on the phone if it was taken in portrait/landscape.

I usually resize, crop or edit my images with paintdotnet before posting. Invariably corrects any orientation issues.

I can crop and resize them no problem, but it's odd that I have to.
