Forgotten Password Email - Phishing?

I haven't requested a password change - so this is either an attempt to get into my account and a genuine email, or a scam email with a dodgy link in the PH name.

Please could PH confirm if it's a dodgy phishing email or their genuine email (and therefore I'm being targeted personally - yay!)
