Advert alert on forum

Just a idea but would it be possible so that if there is a new ad added that there can be a alert on the forum it relates to? ie so if someone put a watch up for sale on the site there is a pop up or something on the watch forum?

Unfortunately I don't think thats a functionality that we'll be adding to the forums - we already have the saved search option in the classifieds which notifies users by email of new car ads being listed in the specific make/model area they are looking. Is that what you are looking for?

Thanks for the reply,it was just a thought as there seems to be quite a lot of posts saying “where is the best place to sell a watch” ect ect? I dont think a lot of people know about other sections for selling??
