Today I've found out that according to PH rules of posting if someone says something like "did XYZ shag your missus or summink, haha" it is considered OK, but if someone responds to a guy who wrote that using "I don't want to offend your boyfriends" that is considered not OK and results in being denied access to a thread.

Is this impression correct PH shmassif?

I don't know, I'm guessing there must be a rule that stipulates this since mod's should act according to rules not their bias, no?
