Changing Profile photos...Again....

It is as far as I can tell...
Ctrl-F5 when you're viewing your profile to reload the webpage.

Yep, the problem is that when you upload a new photo, we (currently) give it the same file name as your old photo. Your browser therefore thinks that it's already got it so doesn't download it again.

As said below, CTRL-F5 will fix it.
