Posting pics

OK. I know how to do it , but it sometimes seemed to work , and sometimes not.

Today , I posted a pic , I checked , and it was there.

Some people could see it , some not. Then I could see it sometimes and not others.

Question : Is it down to the traffic on the hosting site as to whether the pic gets downloaded to the post when people try to view it , ie , if the download isn't instant , the default on pistonheads is a red cross ?

It could be that their firewall is stopping them looking at it.

I get that alot here at work. An image people are commenting on (i.e. is definitely appearing for some) is just the box-with-a-red-cross for me. If I right-click on the image | Properties and get the full path, paste it in to a new browser I almost always get an "Access Denied" message - due to the firewall.

This could be one answer.

hmmm. But I can sometimes see it and sometimes not. Hope my firewall not that erratic
