Nah. Not likely. It’s a well established brand. EV’s are coming wether anyone likes it or not. The simple truth is that for the vast majority of situations EV Powertrains are better at the job of powering personal automobiles.
ICE will be around for a long time yet, especially considering the global marketplace. They will just become more niche and enthusiast centric.
I actually look forward to it with respect to the PH member demographics. Distill it back down to more true enthusiasts (like the old days
), and with that higher quality forums and forum posts. Way to many pillocks in here these days who aren’t really into cars, but more into extreme political and social views and arguing the toss about it all.

Absolutely not. Pistonheads is an iconic brand which used what was, at the time, new technology to serve a real kick up the backside to a complacent car magazine industry.
There were exceptions but by God there was some dross.
Now what we need is something to give the same sort of kick in the nether regions to bloody influencers. Some of them, no - many of them, no - virtually all of them need to be stuck on the punch in the face thread. Often as much idea how to review a car as those vapid individuals who did nothing more than point at the prizes on various TV shows, Sale of the Century and Price is Right come to mind. Bah, influencers, spit.
