PH survey problem

I just completed the 3 question pop up survey.

The question about social media asks you to tick all that apply but you can only select the one.

I came to here say the same thing. It only allows to you select 1 option, not all that apply.

Mine was something like "Oh FFS, I came here in 2001 and I can't find the bloody door out...."
