Login/Logout Bug

Ok I've been experiencing a bug where sometimes I can't post to the forums as it asks me to login, but rejects my login attempt despite putting in the correct info.

This is using Firefox.
I've finally pinned it down I think. This URL doesn't work now :

http://pistonheads.co.uk/gassing/forum.asp?f=141&h=0

This one does :

http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/gassing/forum.asp?f=141&h=0

Same forum...

Looks like a problem with the DNS.

Er beware that there should be an http:// in front of both, but the URL formatting is a bit odd here so its mangled it.

If the site works without www before the domain name then that's good but I've not tested it very much.

I had something similar today, but it was only temporary. Got prompted to log in when I was about to post and although it looked like I'd logged in successfully, when I tried to post it told me to log in again. Happened about 3 times before it got bored and decided to let me post. Very odd, has been fine ever since.

This was using Netscape.

Sometimes gets a bit annoying with me and Tims profiles being on the same computer. If I log out Tim followed by login as me, when I go to post it sometimes reverts to Tims profile . Happens randomly but probably more to do with cookies on my machine, as its always sorted by clearing out the bloody things.
