Valuation threads

The reason for closing the wheel valuation thread is given as contravention of Posting Rule 17C,ie "no valuation threads or what it is worth threads in any shape or form regardless of item"

Why is this thread any different and allowed to stay open,

Not trying to get it closed but there does seem to be some inconsistencies.

There have also been threads re valuation in the AM and Porsche forums for example that have been allowed to run.

Expecting this thread to be arbitrarily closed without any discussion allowed

Probably because it hasn't been brought to the attention of the moderation team .... until now.

The moderators don't see or read every thread - they rely on users reporting threads or posts that contravene the rules.
