Question 2 doesn't allow you to just select other (by entering text) you have to select a preset answer by ticking a box.

The survey request pop up box doesn't disappear when you've completed the survey.

Plus 1 for that! Same issue for me, entered text in the Other box for Q2 but wouldn't accept it.
If you want folks to complete a survey for you, don't make it bloody difficult to fill in!!

Thanks for the feedback and apologies for the issues completing it, that's on me for setting it up and not realising that I had to add an 'Other' option as well as enabling the 'Other' text field. Noted for future!

The pop up to complete it is set to only appear once for each user, so you shouldn't be seeing it multiple times unless you're using a browser like Brave or an ad blocker that might be confusing it. Either way, we'll be turning the survey off tomorrow or even later today, so not too much longer to wait.
