PH Classifieds Trade call forwarding numbers

Is there anything that can be done about this awful service? I'm sure I'm not alone in this.....

When someone calls the number displayed on my adverts, it's actually a PH call forwarding number.
This fact isn't displayed, so the person calling doesn't know. They get a ringing tone that sounds like they are calling a number abroad....
On top of this, there is then a 5-10 second delay in the call connecting to my number. When I answer my end, I get a recorded message from PH saying it's a forwarded call, then silence for a few seconds and eventually I can hear the caller. By then they don't know what's going on. ....

It's horrifically bad and you can't opt out apparently

Can anyone at PH help?
