Have to change password every time I log in

IPhone 8 Plus IOS 15.1

Every time I go onto PH in my phone it doesn’t recognise my username / password, so I have to go through the forgotten password system and enter the same password I have used always?

Tried clearing cookies and restarting no difference

Any ideas ?

Are you using autofill when logging in? Sometimes this can add a space before or after your username/email address, which will cause an error. Can you try manually entering to see if this makes a difference?

Yes I was and manually worked fine.
