Hi there, I'm using a p20 Pro on android 10 and Chrome browser.

50% (ish?) of the time I'm scrolling down a page (mobile view), when I scroll over an advert it grinds the whole page to a halt for 10+ seconds, I can't scroll up, or down, or click on anything in page, usually I give up & close that tab down to try a different one at this point.

It's been happening for several days at least, across a range of adverts.

Could the adverts buffering/loading create this issue?

I think this was also an issue I was having with brave browser, it blocks adverts and PH has suddenly got very aggressive with the number of adverts it's showing. Android mobile phone and chrome is unusable, switched to laptop and Firefiox but huge number of adverts now

Mind you - it looks like they'll take money from anyone, including ones suggesting hammering tacks into power sockets...

Should add a fire tablet and chrome (latest and last gen 8" ) are so dog slow loading adverts I've given up with them as well.

Thanks for flagging, I'll raise with the techies to see if we can investigate.

It's that Chisholm Hunter ad that stops my browser. Unless this is an intentional thing to get us to look at the ads...

Yep same issue...always those Chisholm Hunter ads with the reassuringly expensive cheap tacky looking watches and jewellery.
